This approach allows to enhance privacy with the neighbouring environment, differentiating a geometric façade in the access part facing the mountain and an open façade, organic in its shapes and stepped in the part facing the sea.
This concept of attention to detail is transferred to the gardens, swimming pools and amenities, which have careful light and ventilation entrances, as well as a glazed area connected to the outdoor pool.
