”The project designed and supervised by Maiz y Diaz Arquitectos proposes a concept of integration and generosity with the surroundings, visually opening up and giving way to carefully designed areas with unique landscaping. At the same time, due to the length of the façade obtained in this unique project, the large private and public green areas adjacent to it and the freedom of frontal views, it plays with a connection between interior and exterior to achieve an even greater spatial sensation by creating rooms with great luminosity. This approach enhances privacy with the neighbouring environment, differentiating a geometric façade on the access side facing the mountain and an open façade, organic in its forms and staggered on the side facing the sea. This concept of attention to detail is transferred to the gardens, swimming pools and amenities, which have carefully designed entrances for light and ventilation, as well as a glazed area connected to the outdoor swimming pool. The private gardens, terraces, porches, pergolas and solariums reinforce this approach to the enjoyment of the outdoor areas.
